MERCHANDISE RETURNS

A refund/exchange will be offered within 14 days of receiving your order. If payment is made with a gift card, the gift card will be credited. All returns must be unused and/or unworn, with all hangtags still attached and in the original packaging. Boxx2Boxx offer refunds on items purchased, in accordance within the returns timeframe and original packaging.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Please affix a return address label to the front of your parcel and please include a note/invoice with your order number details before posting or delivering to “BOXX2BOXX Coffee, 375 Palatine Road, Northenden, Manchester M22 4FY”. Returns will be inspected and processed upon being returned. An email will be sent to update you about the status.

RETURNS SHIPPING COST ​

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the returns postage, this is non-refundable. The advise is to use a tracked/signature delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for failed return deliveries.
